Architectural design is a process and this is the very start. Initially, we aim to establish a project brief, after which we can provide services from the most basic of conceptual sketch schemes through to comprehensive option studies, and anything in between.

We offer varying levels of architectural services to traverse the Planning process. This will often include development of an initial design which will be systematically refined with a view to ultimately submitting an application to gain Planning Permission.

Building Regulations are complex and thorough, yet absolutely necessary. We can guide you through this maze of legislation by preparing and coordinating the detailed drawings and information required to ensure Building Regulations compliance is achieved. 

We can offer a range of services to transition a project from paper to practical completion. This can include tailored drawing packages for use tendering the works and for reference during construction, as well as coordination services to help manage works on site.
